Viral Growth Media LLC
These terms cover the websites, pages, trainings and digital products offered by Viral Growth Media LLC ("we", "us"), including the Scroll Scan, the Quantum Jump Operating System (QJOS) and ScrollKeeper. By using our pages, signing up for a training or buying a product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
We sell digital products. Nothing is shipped.
Prices are the prices shown on the page and at checkout when you buy. QJOS beta pricing is $444 until October 31, 2026 at midnight Eastern. From November 1, 2026 the price is $888. A price change never applies to a purchase you already made.
Payments are processed by Whop, our checkout and payment provider. When you pay, you are also agreeing to Whop's terms and privacy policy, which govern the payment itself. We don't see or store your full card details.
After purchase, access details arrive by email. Your access is personal to you. Please don't share logins, resell, republish or redistribute any product, map, Scroll or training, in whole or in part.
Every QJOS map has to pass all 27 delivery checks before it reaches you. If a map fails a check, it is held and repaired before delivery.
This guarantee covers the completeness of your delivered map. It does not promise income, revenue, clients, profit, salary replacement or any other result.
Our products and trainings are education and planning tools. We make no promise that you will earn any amount of money. Any figures mentioned on our pages, in trainings or in emails are not income claims. Results depend on your effort, your decisions, your market, your offer and many things outside our control, and most people who buy any business product make little or no money from it. QJOS will never tell you to quit your job, and nothing we provide is a reason to make a financial decision without your own judgment.
Nothing we provide is financial, legal, tax, medical or psychological advice. Talk to a qualified professional about those.
Your permission. When you share a testimonial with us, you give Viral Growth Media and its brands, including Scroll Tech Labs, permission to use it in our marketing. A testimonial includes a written review, a video or audio recording, a post in our community, a survey answer, or a message to us describing your experience. This permission is worldwide, royalty-free and lasts with no end date. It covers all our brands, products and channels, now and in the future: websites, social media, emails, ads, webinars and sales pages.
What we may use. Your words, your recording, your first name or full name, your image, your voice and the results you describe. We may shorten a testimonial or fix spelling for clarity. We will never change its meaning.
What we keep private. We do not publish your birth details or the private contents of your Scroll unless they appear in what you chose to share with us.
No payment. You are not paid for a testimonial unless we agree to that in writing. If you received anything in exchange, such as beta pricing, we will say so wherever the testimonial appears.
Changing your mind. Email [email protected] to ask that we stop using your testimonial. We will remove it from materials we control within 30 days. We cannot recall copies that were already distributed or shared by others.
Honesty. Testimonials are real people sharing their own experience. Many describe Laura's private sessions, and those are labeled. Where a testimonial mentions income, it is labeled "Not an income claim. Results are not typical." Your results will vary.
Purchases are processed by Whop, so any approved refund is issued through Whop. All sales are final except where a product page states its own guarantee (for QJOS, the Complete Map Guarantee covering map completeness) or where the law requires otherwise. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and handled through Whop. If a refund is approved, you request it through Whop's Resolution Center (whop.com/help/customer/requesting-a-refund), and Whop handles the amount, method and timing.
For subscriptions, you can cancel any time from your Whop account. Cancelling stops future charges.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the law where you live.
How we collect and use your information is in our Privacy Policy: https://viralgrowthmedia.com/privacy-policy. When you register for a training, we use your first name and email to send you the training link and related emails. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
Everything we publish, including trainings, pages, the Scroll format, QJOS and ScrollKeeper, belongs to Viral Growth Media LLC or its licensors. Your own answers and personal information stay yours.
Please don't misuse our pages or products: no attempts to break in, scrape, copy the system, or use it to harm anyone.
Our products are provided as described on their pages. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Viral Growth Media LLC in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. Changes don't apply retroactively to a purchase you already made.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
